Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tank for 90 %, and 10 % in new oak casks. Assemblage and ageing on its lees in oak cask (228 L.) for 6 month. Age of casks : 1 and 2 years old First bottling 12 month minimum after the harvest. |
